The fingerprint signature bill would allow a person’s thumbprint or fingerprint to serve as their legal signature. Which doesn’t seem very important to you or I, who can easily write our name, but for somebody who has problems with their motor skills, it’s very important that they have their own unique signature. This is my very first bill, it passed unanimously, and I’m very excited.
